Refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. To request a refund, email us at Maryann@Phaevora.com with your order details and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once refunded, your subscription ends and access to paid features stops. You can cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals; cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period.
